Privacy policy

Depending on how you use the website, we process your identity and contact details, your delivery and billing addresses, the details of your orders and payments, and the information you send us through the contact form or by e-mail. This data is used to manage your customer account, to process and track your orders, to handle delivery, invoicing and after-sales service, and to answer your requests. The legal bases are the performance of the contract, compliance with our legal obligations (in particular accounting), and our legitimate interest in maintaining the customer relationship. No decision is taken solely on the basis of automated processing of your data.

Your data is accessible only to authorised staff of the company and to our processors, who act solely on our instructions: the website host, the payment provider Stripe (no bank card data is kept by us) and our e-mail delivery provider. Your data is neither sold nor rented to third parties, and is not transferred outside the European Union.

Your data is kept for as long as necessary for the purposes pursued: account data for the duration of the relationship and then, for evidential and commercial purposes, up to three years after your last contact; invoices and accounting records for the legal period of ten years; cookies and trackers for a maximum of thirteen months.

The website uses cookies and trackers. Those that are not strictly necessary are only placed with your consent, collected through the dedicated banner and revocable at any time. The list of trackers used and the ways to manage them are set out in the website’s legal notice.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object to the data concerning you. You may exercise these rights by writing to us at contact@andreeputman.fr, providing proof of your identity. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL, www.cnil.fr).
