The Midi Suspendu daybed captivates with its light, elegant lines. Curved legs in blackstained oak support a seat upholstered in glacier blue mohair velvet, creating a refined contrast between structure and softness. An airy piece where comfort is expressed with restraint and precision.
Designed in 2004 for a private villa in Dallas, the daybed originated within the Preston Hollow project. Conceived as a place for living as much as for contemplation, the gallery and guesthouse—designed by Bill Booziotis in collaboration with Andrée Putman—unfold in a warm atmosphere, at the crossroads between a lived-in interior and a museum-like space.
